Just got the answer for when the MRT will open and the time of the last train; have also posted the info in the SIN Airport forum.

The MRT to Changi will open tomorrow (Feb 8 SIN time). The last train departing the airport is said to be at 11:18pm, too early for UA arrivals to catch.
