The entry level Diamond suites here are nothing special so I can see where there would be a huge disappointment with some of the lower end rooms.
I have also had customer service issues here as a Diamond with some of the desk clerks refusing club access and other benefits. I like the location but its not my first or second choice in SD.
I'll be staying here shortly during a very busy time and will see how treatment is
