Granted AA wants (and needs) to make money, but for me, it is PRICE.

I do check the netsaaver deals and they have been lame. Lame when I lived in Miami and lame that I am here in Chicago. I rarely see worthwhile cities. Often, WN has better prices than netsaaver deals so its not worth it to jump on.

Even now when they post sales "starting at $39," there is usually nothing out of ORD for under $79. When I look to nearby cities I see $400 OW to CVG and think - oh yeah - NOT!

And when they do post LGA or DCA there seems to be only 1 seat on 1 flight available.
