My partner and our family were returning to NZ from Perth because my partner was a immigrant he required a return flight to Perth in order to be able to depart and in doing so we purchased one as required upon arrival to NZ we sought immigration approval for my partner and I to live and work in NZ this was granted and prior to this being granted and still to this very minute as I write this we have not been reiumbursted our $ for my partners flight. April May and June 2011 no refund yet lots and waiting on the phone for service numerous times and hours on end! NO GOOD QANTAS
