Clapham Junction now has lifts to all platforms - as does Feltham to cross the bridge for the bus. The buses are all low-floor types and generally have plenty space for luggage in the wheelchair/pushchair area (assuming neither of the above are on board!)
I'll +1 this. Going from Feltham to LHR, the buses are almost always nearly empty, in my experience, so you'll have plenty of room for your stuff. Feltham is a sleepy little railway station in my experience, so never any waiting for the lifts to get from one platform to the other.
