It's been said so often, here and on the other pplace ... if they don't like working for BA, go and work somewhere else. The World doesn't do "job for life" any more.
Trying to teach them how to behave in a sane manor (not all crew) and treat their employer with an ounce of respect maybe? Apparently the vol crew will now be never ending and that all BA staff will get the chance to apply/ opt out as per the agreement.
