AAnytime awards are
always available on AA flights, as long as there is a seat available for sale.
What routes/dates have you been looking at? AAdvantage miles can also be used on AA's numerous partner carriers, but you cannot check partner award-seat availability on aa.com: you must call AA for awards on partner carriers.
