I missed a onwards flight with airasia due to the emirates flight been delayed by 2 hours, Emirates put us up in a hotel for the night in Bangkok with meals and transfers. Could not fault them really, But they did tell me that they had got in touch with ground staff in Bangkok to let airasia know that we would be landing late and we would be allowed on the flight, but at airasia checkin, They had no record of the message from emirates. the check in for the flight had just closed.
There was about 10 other people who had missed onwards flights with airasia and we where all given a over night hotel.

The flight was delayed due to the A380 waiting for another delayed flight in Dubai
