I had an award to the Canaries Island and just arrived. Currently I have no luggage. Spanair tells me that the luggage is not yet found but the earliest time the luggage may arrive is next day. They say company policy is 50EUR for the next 24hours. Can this be true? Clothes (swim wear, trousers, shirts, etc), cosmetics, sun cream, etc, etc is not there. I don't need luxury articles but I would not like to go with my current clothes (= transpired) the next 24hours. I already had to call them (= telephone costs = also accounted to these 50EUR)
