No flight/immigration tax problems?

About 2 days ago I booked a multi-leg, multiple stopover flight through one of the popular travel booking websites. The ticket was issued with a UA ticket number, but has codeshare flights with other airlines.

When I was making the reservation, I tried to book it a few times, but it kept erroring out. The last time I clicked 'Book', it took 2-3 minutes to process, then it came back saying it found me a cheaper fare of around 200$. Paid for it, card charged, ticket number issued, confirmation numbers all check out on their respective websites, but looking at the receipt on UA.com it shows me that I did not pay any taxes on this reservation at all, just the base fare.

Has anyone else ever had a ticket that had an error like this, and had problems checking in/clearing immigration? I know one time in BKK, I had to pay the thai immigration fee separately in cash before TG issued my BP, as my award ticket through AE didn't have it (<24 hour stopover)
