So, a question for the TSA-ers here: With a situation such as Hawaii with X amount of bags not screened/not properly screened/half-a$$ screened/ whatever the circumstances. Does the TSA leadership send out to other TSA sites incident reports such as: "this happened at HNL. Please ensure we do our job properly, etc " and give you all a chance to discuss the incident/your procedures? Or does the conversation go like this: "HNL f**#ed up. Make sure everyone is following SOP"? Maybe you just tell each other, "man, I am glad I am not at HNL right about now."

It's up to the leadership at each airport on how to address this issue (what got screwed up and how not to let it happen at our location). I'm glad to see that the top leadership is finally cracking down and FIRING people rather than using the "progressive discipline".
