I am a FB member, with gold status based in the US. Everytime I fly Delta, their computers dont show any Elite status at all for me. My other friends who are gold with FB get Elite status benefits on Delta (free luggage, priority boarding, etc) but for me nothing shows up on the Delta's system.

I have talked to FB and even written to them at the French office... but they tell me that there is nothing wrong with their end... Delta tells me that there is nothing Delta can do as the problem probably originates from FB. So they keep sending me back and forth with no resolution.

Any suggestions anyone? I am so frustrated.
