Not true. Per new guidelines, ALL CO/UA elites (Silver, Gold, Platinum, 2P, 1P, 1K ect...) recieve hotels for any eason if they are stranded overnight due to cancellations, miissconnections with no other available flights, including weather.
This is great. I remember when that was the DL SOP, but I don't think they had done that for years a WX. Is there any place we can print GG reference?
Also, is there a place passengers can find the alliance guidelines for rebooking on other flights even if weather is the problem?
