First is all about service (or at least, that is how it is marketed).
If you want to order something, press the call button or ask the crew when passing through the F galley. As an F passenger, you are not expected to have to go out of your way to get something you would like.
Also, the snacks on offer are superior to the CW offerings. For example, you can choose pretty much anything on the F menu as a snack if you so wish.
