Anyone that wants a good look at the exterior construction can go to the food court area near the A gates and stare across the tarmac for as long as you wish.

I agree with your assessment -- exterior construction looks finished.

As for the current club, I spent ~6 hours in the SEA club the other night (from 5pm to roughly 11pm). I kind of like the SEA club -- not really sure what all the hubbub is about. The furniture is undoubtedly "tired" and at its peak it got a little busy, but there were certainly places to sit down. Nothing like the B clubs in ATL or the DCA club where it's literally standing-room only.
