great report and I'm anticipating more than ever my WBC (award) trip next month MSP-LGW-MSP.

I was bumped to WBC last year DTW-LGW and while it was a very nice surprise on my amost-free bump-voucher ticket, I was tired and grouchy and didn't really enjoy it all that much and didn't sleep well. I hope my experience (and disposition) is better this time.
