I have yet to encounter NW staff addressing people by name in J class. In the days of F, they used to do it all the time.

Every time I fly WBC, I've been called by name--too bad the goat has only been up there once. NW needs a better int'l upgrade.
Often though, I do get called by my last name on domestic F. I find that NW FAs are usually very good--sometimes excellent--and once in a while below par.
Looking forward to those new seats (and the A330 that will be wrapped around them) also.
