Thanks for the report!

The quality of in-flight service on NW seems to have a very high variance. People have said that it's very much dependent on the pursuer.

I have yet to encounter NW staff addressing people by name in J class. In the days of F, they used to do it all the time.

I can't wait for the new WBC seats.
