Yes, my experiences with international irop accommodations on CO lately have been quite acceptable. No AC J but rebookings into...aaargh...DL Y, and SQ Y exit row ^ In each case I reached my destination on time, or prior to, the original schedule.

CO is much worse when handling domestic irops on its own metal.

I second the advice to have a Star timetable in front of you to guide the agents. Some of them want to help but don't know the options. When I didn't have the Star timetable to hand, I was victimized by the DL rebooking (ex-ATL).
