Thanks so much for all the advice...we are quite flexible, as trip can be any time in late Oct./early Nov. and pretty much from anywhere in US or Canada. And buying the miles is not an issue. We're thinking of making it a US to Maldives trip, with HKG as stopover. Any comments?
