Thank you very much for an excellent report. Those menu transcipts are wonderful and it was wonderful to hear about services concerning the Star Alliance carriers. SAA's domestic services sound very good and thanks for the news considering the phasing out of Boeing 737-800s by SAA. Did they mention any possible replacements?

LH's Business class sounds wonderful and seems to be the airline, which suffer less from the cutbacks in terms of service items.
ANA sounds like an excellent carrier and I guess it is safe to conclude that ANA is a favorite airline among the FT talkers. Your AC flight sounded excellent and I agree about your observation. Nevertheless, AC's service seems to be so inconsistent these days that I am hesitate to book with them.
