Simple fact: AI is a case study of an unprofessional badly run unreliable loss making airline. Thats all there is to it. Thiis has been the case for at least 20 odd years now and the end cost is borne by the Indian taxpayer.

Nice one. Glad you like the service. Lets keep it as it is and treat any dissatisfaction as ""bashing"" rather than a plea for improvement. Pity the bulk of flyers in and out of India dont think like you... there must be some deep seated psychological flaw in their decision to avoid this piece of junk called AI.

Hope its worth the taxpayer handout -- 8900 crores this fiscal at the very minimum.

For those who are called ""AI bashers"" this kind of Stockholm syndrome behaviour is also found on BBs of other busted airlines, universally acknowledged third rate performers, until recently bleeding thier countries taxpayers -- Alitalia is a prime example. Olympic Airways is another ...but at least they privatised!
