Live chat is scheduled to be available in about a month. I'm not familiar with Frontier's website, prior to the past couple of years, so I don't know if Frontier offered live chat in the past. I do remember, however, YX's live chat and recall it being fairly timely in connecting.

Hopefully, this will reduce the load on phone calls, and minimize wait times.
