I think what everybody is referring to here is the access to the actual www.singaporeair.com website (and avoiding the m.singaporeair.com mobile site). Usually, most of the websites offer an option at the bottom of their page to let you select to bypass the mobile site and go straight to the regular one but SQ does not...

The iPhone app is good yes but it's kind of useless... every time you decide to do something, you need to re-enter your KF number and password (or maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I go from Manage your Bookings back to the Home screen and head back into KrisFlyer Services, I need to re-enter the data.... annoying.
