My only real gripe with a Delta employee was an SFO-based one. For me, it was one of the ticket agents, being extremely belligerent with me.

It just seems like there's a major issue with the SFO station. There is, however, one amazing SFO ticketing agent who is always kind and sweet. A bright spot in a station that usually needs an attitude adjustment...
