You might be able to go to the FrugalTravelGuy who posts all those offers on his blog. He might have a history of what was on offer in February. I don't blame you for being hopping mad. I haven't saved the website offering in the past either. Just keep trying, eventually you will find somebody at Chase who will take an interest in solving the problem, not just getting you off the phone.
