ill be honest, with airlines, what i have seen is that indian origin persons outside of India have become loyal (and proud) of the likes of Jet and Kingfisher but a large majority of indians living in India who have disposable income are snobs and believe that by flying phoren means that they are separating themselves from average to lower class indian which by extension makes them feel superior
