I got both of those too and also have no relationship either with LAN or with US Bank.

I'm also concerned about how they got my info. I can understand if they just confused two different US Bank email lists, but I have never had an account there. Perhaps their email vendor messed up.

I'd give them a call, but I bet it would take a long time to find somebody who actually knows what happened.
