I just recently flew 763 in new F. Yes, there is some risk of seat loss when there is equipment swap, but it is not the case that only those in the (now) non-existent row will be displaced.
It will be some form of priority ordering on the basis of fare class and the like according to most information here on FT.

In FRA boarding is through the forward door on the 767. F/C, B/C and 1Ks are boarded first, of course. If you have a F/C seat, you might want to wait until the bulk of coach has boarded.
Unless you're lucky enough to have seat 1K.
