Finally saw that numeric scores (not the seven categories using 1-5 classification) and see that F9 actually lower...690 of 1000 for FL and 688 of 1000 for F9. F9 and FL tied 6 of 7 categroes, and F9 received a better ranking in the 7th category, so seeing thsoe ratings it seemed likely F9 ranking higher overall, but not in the full 1000-point scale.
