Making my almost monthly reservation to LAS and have found that the perfect CLE-LAS afternoon departure that left at the 4-5 PM hour (ie after work) has departed. Now we have a 9 PM flight that gets in 10:30 PM or you have to take a thru flight that spends 1 hour in DEN and leaves at 7PM and gets in at 10:40 PM or 10 minutes after the 9 PM non-stop. I never thought that the afternoon flight was unfilled, although I will admit that given the number of UGs, not many premium flyers. Still, it sucks to either get to the hotel at midnight, especially if you have to get up the next morning, or you have to leave work early and connect through ORD, DEN or IAH.
