Japan has some Hilton properties - and the Tokyo Conrad is a very good deal spending AXONS. Bali has a new property coming up in Ubud - that will be very nice, as you can hire a driver and decent vehicle cheaply and travel around the beautiful highlands. Others have already mentioned Maldives and French Polynesia, Hawai'i at a special property, and Cape Town calls, not to mention Buenos Aires...

I kind of know your dilemma - many of my friends have retired but I still work (less than full time these days, by choice,) and have a bit over 1.7M points and 1.8M AA miles, even after gifting some stays and flights to others. But, hey, it's really not a problem, merely a challenge.
