US1947 (DCA-FLL) is due to leave at 7.25pm. The GA is asking for volunteers because the plane has weight issues. Apparently they need 18 people to give up their seat - is this cargo related?

Some people are taking the offer of connecting via CLT for $150. Would need a good deal more than that before I walked away...
