I've had this happen to me also. I assumed there would be no charge as a DM, but the agent said there was a $25 charge for booking a ticket over the phone using an eCert for everyone. I was annoyed because the only reason I called was because the online booking would bomb out every time I tried to both a flight and use an eCert......
