My travel pattern, unfortunately, is almost exclusively short-haul/medium-haul. I have meetings in various large cities in Europe and 50% of my meetings used to be in Vienna. What made me become and remain a BA customer:
1. I decided it was tiresome to go through Paris when flying from London to Vienna, so I shifted some travel away from AF
2. the meetings I had in Vienna moved to London, so I shifted my secondary alliance from LH/OS to BA
3. I found the "flavour" of BA inflight service more pleasant than LH's (although I still prefer AF's )
4. I enjoyed the Volnay, Chateau Nenin, Hermitage or Puligny Montrachet I used to find in the F lounges in T1 & T4
