eCert phone redepmtion fee?
Tried putting together an itinerary online that DL.com wasn't pricing correctly. Called into SMS and they were able to get it to price correctly, but then wanted to charge a $25 fee for each eCert I wanted to use. (This was separate from the direct ticketing charge that was waived as a PM.) When did this start? I don't see anything on the eCert terms to this effect.
