The World Traveller Plus seat - I had always wanted to go to New York but thought that Economy would be too cramped (and the Business Class would be unaffordable). I got an op-up to CW on my first ever long haul flight (one of the pair of middle seats in NCW - I'd avoid them like the plague now, but then it seemed like the best thing in the world). I wanted to try them again, and apart from a brief flirtation with BD when they ran long haul out of Manchester, have never looked back. Still don't know why I got that op-up though - perhaps the nice lady at check-in at T4 felt sorry for me!
