I deny the 'modern trendies' at The Ivy
et al, and cast stones at those who talk about 'cost'. It is horrendously tacky to have to eat one's bread roll on the 'tablecloth', spreading crumbs everywhere, whilst circumnavigating the pudding so thoughtfully served at the start of the meal
