J.D. Power Airline Satisfaction Survey 2011
In the LCC category, the leaders were JetBlue and SWA.

Last place was taken by FL, closely followed by F9/YX.

The only category where F9/YX exceeded FL in the ratings was "Service Experience." It must have been the cookies that made the difference.
