Absolutely my conclusion too. I stayed here a couple years back and had a booking for two weeks next month which I just cancelled. I was hoping to hear some improvement here. We might check out a villa, or perhaps the Rosewood property at Caneel instead. Even with points and free resort nights, we just can't stomach the issues at this property. Specifically, the tired rooms, poor service, long wait times at front desk, slow internet, eroded beach, no attractive room upgrades.

One positive I will mention about this property, however, is the groundskeepers. Incredible upkeep is done to keep the lawns and flowers looking great.
