I've been thinking about this for some time (cue 'get a life' comments

).
If I am travelling in business class, I think it's a pretty reasonable expectation to have a bread plate.
I do not want to put my bread on the table, as it is dirty. I do not want to balance the bread precariously on the tray, as no doubt it will fall off onto the table/floor and the crumbs will go everywhere. When I break the bread, the crumbs will go onto the tray that is going to be used throughout the rest of the meal service.
In terms of logistics, the (thin) plate could be placed under the cup in CE, and next to the starter plate in CW.
So please, BA, give us a plate for our bread in CE and CW, hopefully as part of a wider upgrade of CW main courses

Most other airlines provide bread plates in business class, so why not BA?
