On my EWR-LHR flight in old F just after New Year, the lights for 2K were operated by the controls at 3K. Yeap, the 3K light controls operated 2K and 3K lights. Just as well I had put the other half in 3K so did not have an issue instructing him accordingly. Crew were stumped but it is clearly a wiring issue somewhere.
The IFE would not work. At least the seat went flat; probably the only electronics that did work and the only electronics that I needed to work.
