I've had one very bad experience in F last August. That just had to do with a crew that was dis-gruntled ...... that was Dxb-JNB.
I think that is what happened here also. The crew probably didn't get along, and the service/pax suffered.

When special meals are bad, a good crew always can do something to help make things better: extra salads, desserts, bread, or even something from first class.
