AZ T fare allows for a stopover at CDG.we didnt really need to go to VCE, but i look at it as a free week-end trip before heading back to cold SA!
will let u know in a couple of weeks if we were actually credited full 13000 miles sted of 2400!

On whose ticket stock and where you buy does not matter for mileage accrual. What matters, in addition to booking class, is:
1) under which airline code the flight is;
2) which programme you credit to.
T on AZ is a slightly more expensive class than T on AF (AZ T maps onto AF Q, at any rate on SA-->IT routes).
If the flights are AZ-coded, you should earn 100% whether you credit to Millemiglia or FlyingBlue (whereas you would only get 50% in Flying Blue for an AF Q).
If the flights are AF-coded, you should earn 50% in Millemiglia or 25% in FlyingBlue.
