FWIW, I had a bad experience with Budget.
I showed them my Costco card, but they would not give the GPS without the Costco coupon.
When I returned the car, in the fine print, they charged me $70 for the GPS!
They wasted 20 minutes of my time while locating the unit before verifying that they did not give it to me. Buyer beware.
