I believe the OP needs to review the PBS Frontline program and do other research to understand how Colgan's reputation came from long-standing institutionalized failures in operational standards, training standards, and maintenance practices - most with the blessing of should-be-in-prison FAA inspectors who were friends with Colgan's previous owners.

There is no evidence that anything at Colgan has changed - and I would not be interested in taking a Colgan-operated flight. Ever.
