You and I are both based in the US and (I presume for you too) at this moment in the US.

What I can't remember is whether the date displays differently when I'm logged into aa.com from outside the US (despite being based in the US).

I also don't use any of the other version of aa.com (mobile or whatever) and have no clue if things display any differently there.

I do know that many websites base themselves on where you are logged in from at that moment. For example, FT gives me meaningless ads for European-only services whenever I visit it while in Europe. I tried to use Google in Hungary and by default it gave me google.hu, and I had to force it to go back to google.com manually. Etc.
