I'm very sorry to hear that for your horrible flight. We are very extremely disappointment for your entire trip from SFO-DXB yesterday. EK will try to improved better catering service. Unfortunately, you won't able fly on EK for a while. DL is much better and excellent service. You are always welcomes to flying on DL for next future trip.
