Sometimes I feel the consumer has an instant meltdown if information is not available immediately.
We had our Moneris CC/debit machine go down for 24 hours due to lightning strike.Imagine my concerns when consumers want to pay instantly and I cannot take their money.Cheques and cash seem so foreign.
