seatguru says row 22,(23) no window view

seatexpert says row 22,24 no window view

I have a seat in row 22, can someone say if I there is a possibility to look outside without changing the row? dont need the full outlook since its a night flight, but won't miss Vegas lights...
or should I change the row (>22)?

Thank you very much!
Row 22 does not have a window. Be sure to get seat F when you change. McCarran Airport is south of the strip so only the right side of the plane can see the strip when you land on most days. (Runway 25R)
